TinyMCE : How to change default settings of "Clear Formatting" Button?

I am currently working on existing project that makes use of Tiny MCE. "Clear Formatting" Button, by default changes all the text to font size of 8 pts and font family Arial.

Is there anyway to change the default font-size?
